We're up to 840 signatures so far! NICU Bans are in place at only 9 different hospitals across the United States, at least three of the hospitals are part of one system. Banning parents from their medically fragile babies is not the only way to prevent hospital acquisition of COVID-19 in the NICU, but it is the most extreme!

Hospitals everywhere have so much power and consumers have very little recourse when their human rights are violated. These families are desperate for their babies, and parents are essential to their newborns, especially in the NICU.

Thank you so much for signing and sharing to bring awareness to the issue so that hospitals and NICUs can be held accountable and families can be reunited. Rules that ban parents from the NICU are unethical. The data is robust and the value of Parenting in the NICU does not end just because there is a pandemic. ❤️
