Arnone notes that the Murphy Administration has opened schools, daycare, sporting events, etc. but continues to disallow the opening of day programs, violating the rights of disabled adults and treating them “unfairly and unjustly.” The group “Open Day Programs for Adults” will hold a “peaceful protest” at the Monmouth County Board of Records on Saturday in Freehold from 11-12:30 to demand that adults with developmental disabilities have access to essential programming.
