If Mr. Dutra is granted clemency for his crimes, his criminal record would be cleared of his crimes against children. He would be free to go about the remainder of his life no longer being know as a convicted child predator. Mr. Dutra would no longer be required to be registered as a convicted child predator or no longer be required to undergo his court mandated monthly chemical castration.

Why should he be allowed to go about his life like nothing happened? My friends and I were not given the pleasure of a new life, why should he? Please help support us as we stand together to contunue to protect one another as well as other women and children that may fall victim or have been a victim to this man if he were to be cleared of these crimes.
