Keep Woman that hung her dogs from a tree then watched them DIE remain incarcerated!

The Issue

Dear Governor Jim Justice,

A woman by the name of Jessica Mann, Register Number: 13953-055 & Docket Number: 15-CR-00667, that remains incarcerated at BOP-FCI Hazelton, is scheduled to be released July 30, 2017.

This woman committed a horrific animal abuse crime by hanging her dogs from a tree then watched them slowly die. You can view my initial petition with over 34K supporters here-

Ms. Mann watched her poor dogs die a painful and slow death as they remained hanging from a tree. This is one of the worst animal abuse cases and I urge you to keep her incarcerated. Ms. Mann does not deserve to walk freely amongst the rest us law abiding citizens. Her punishment needs to set an example for other people that have no respect for animals that such horrific acts are not tolerable and will be punished to the fullest extent of law.

Thank you for considering her incarceration to remain and being the voice of these dogs that were not given a chance to be loved, but died a slow and painful death.
