Stop the execution of Cleve Foster

The Issue

Cleve Foster is innocent of the crime of which he was convicted and sentenced to death in 2004. Sheldon Ward confessed to the crime (four different statements) admitted he alone murder this young woman. There was nothing at the crime scene that showed Cleve murdered this woman or was present when she was murdered. DLisa AbbottPetition StarterI have known Cleve since 2000 when he was my nephew's army recruiter. There is no way this man committed this crime! He put a face on the death penalty for me and that made me realize how wrong the death penalty is. AND that justice is not always what prevails in our court system.
