Colorado and Washington recently passed laws to decriminalize the use of marijuana. The law allows citizens to have a certain amount of marijuana with out being arrested for having that amount of marijuana. I think that if marijuana was decriminalized it'd provide a massive boost towards the economy. Marijuana also has quite a few of medical benefits like it's been proven that it's less dangerous then tobacco and there are studies saying that the cannabinoid has slowed down the process of cancer cells.
