Average size of ward in Mahadevapura is > 10sqkm, most others are <5sqkm

E.g.  Bellanduru 2019-20 allocation as per this is 10cr for 22000+ households, 26.5sqkm. HMT Ward allocation which is 9500 households,5.2sqkm and 14cr.
