The state of Indiana has very lenient laws regarding the care of animals. Some people move to our state for that very reason. We need stiffer penalties and tougher laws for all animals. We demand our state legislators stand up, take action, and do the right thing. Animals are being neglected and abused in every county and this has to end. We need laws in our state on the side of animals and not those neglecting and abusing them. We dont want those moving to our state because our laws are lacking in animal rights. Speak out, Stand up, Be a voice for the voiceless.
