Millions of California's families will be impacted by the COVID - 19 outbreak. People will be out of work and unable to make payments let alone get the day to day essentials needed to survive. To maintain the stability of our communities and set us up for success and recovery after this event has subsided. We as a people and community agree there should be a total pause on rent and mortgage payments in the state.
 

It is imperative we protect people in this time of need.
 

Governor Newsom we thank you for your leadership and ask that you suspend rent and mortgage payments while our state is under a state of emergency during the beginning of this pandemic affecting our great state, country and world at large. The choices we make now will have lasting affects on us, our children, their children and generations to follow. We want to move forward with our eyes and our hearts open and make the best decisions for our future as a people and citizens of the world.
