Puppy mills should be shut down!!  They are terrible places for the suffering dogs who are locked up 24/7.  The only purpose for these horrible places is to supply pet stores with puppies.  If you have never seen one, just google them, you will be shocked.  We need to stop these places from existence by outlawing them.  California’s Governor Brown signed a great new law and every state should adopt this law.  The new law makes it illegal for pet stores to purchase from puppy mills and get the puppies and dogs from Animal shelters.  This law does two things, it will stop and shut down puppy mills and promote adoption from animal shelters.  Please help by signing this petition and let Governor Matt Bevin stop this horrible abuse of dogs and promote animal shelter adoptions.
