As it stands this morning (8:52 AM), there have been no new tests since yesterday morning (3/27). There has been closure of the businesses deemed "nonessential" but that doesn't keep from moving around freely. There has been a recommendation that people stay home but that gives people a lot of credit for intelligence. It won't be until we are told what to do with the threat of repercussions (i.e. stop signs, theft, speed limit signs) will people stay home.
