In 2017 "Right to work" law came to effect in WV. It came in to effect with the promise of more business in WV. This couldnt be further from the truth. Not only have no major businesses came to our state but this is a ploy to get people to destroy the unions. On average RTW states make 3.2% less then non-RTW states. They also have less company benefits. This is a way for corporations to increase profit and decrease cost for employees. This website gives facts on the differences in RTW states and NON RTW states. Let's tell our state leaders we the people dont want RTW.
