We are thankful that the DLNR/DOBOR, Governor, and Mayors recently opened up commercial boating permits with a limit to 10 pax. Many boats normally carry many more passengers.  Setting capacity should follow what is done with restaurants and be based on deck square footage.  If the vessel may carry 50 people and keep within the CDC recommendations - they should be able to do so.
