I am a Democrat running for the United States Senate in Maryland's open seat primary election on May 14, 2024.  Former Maryland Governor Larry Hogan, a Republican, REFUSES to pledge his support for legislation in Congress which will codify into federal law the rights of women throughout the United States to secure in vitro fertilization ("IVF") medical services allowing women who desperately seek to have a baby. 

With IVF, and other women's reproductive rights at stake in the 2024 Congressional elections, this U.S. Senate election in Maryland will likely determine whether or not women's health and reproductive privacy is protected.

Larry Hogan must publicly profess where he stands. Sign this petition telling former Governor Hogan he owes it to Marylanders and the American people whether he stands with women or opposes women's health and reproductive rights. and not run and hide from this key, and core issue of primacy to both Maryland and the nation's voters merits nothing less from Governor Hogan is he seeks to represent Maryland families in the U.S. Senate.  He has said publicly he did not have the desire to serve in the U.S. Senate. So why is he? He needs to answer you, and all in America or withdraw from the U.S. Senate race.
