Texas plans on allowing public school students and their parents to determine whether or not they will choose in-person or virtual instruction for the upcoming school year. However, teachers and staff are not being provided with similar accommodations and will be forced to return to work. This petition seeks to support our teachers and staff by calling on Governor Abbott and TEA to reconsider their decision and allow for the upcoming school year to be conduced exclusively via virtual instruction.
