What is Bias? Prejudices in favor of or against one thing, person or group compared with another, when it comes to bias jurors courts have a hard time deciding whether the actions of the bias jurors is admissible or inadmissible and is it prejudicial to the verdict. Either way just any type of bias or racist or misconduct amongst any juror should be automatic grounds for a retrial. The judge shouldn't have that choice to figure out whether the bias or misconduct would of ended in a different verdict. Like in Willis Randolph case after they found him guilty of first degree murder some one reported that a juror by the name Emery was a member of a club that would meet up,a few times a week and hang out and they would say racist jokes about black people, this person over heard one of the jurors on Randolph case he laughed when another club member said  "if he is black, then he is guilty" Emery denied and other jurors agreed that they heard nothing racist come out during trial from Emery and when him and the man who said the comment  was asked if this was said amongst each other  they both said they have no recall of saying that but never denied it. Point is its not about the fact that this being said would of caused a different verdict its the fact that when asked if he belong to a club he marked no on the jury info sheet so he lied from the gate, and yes some one who is Bias can bring misconduct inside of a court case and cause a verdict to be wrongful because of how that person feels about a black man. This is a issue within courts and jury around the world the Constitution has not addressed the issue. Willis Randolph jr case has so many twisted up penal codes and statues that even the judge can't see the truth, one would think that but no its not  they see it and rather not admit the error they made. This is a cold world to live in when you got those who suppose to protect you and provide swift justice for the people are blindfolded based off what they feel judges base their judgments off what happens in their life just because your wife purse was stolen and a thief faces you In your court room to be heard and you automatically know that he's guilty before you sit down is that what you call justice. Free Willis Randolph jr 2019 is God plan. Please keep sharing my petition and I thank all of you who are in support of my petition and being the voice my step dad needs god bless you all....
