My step dad innocence is all on Black and white paper work, typed up by the same people who wrongfully convicted him, now if I can see it, then I know you can and so can everyone who took their time to read my petition now I got it on Black and white paperwork stamped and sign by the court of appeal of the state of California fifth appellate district, and it clearly states the conclusion of this case must be reversed. Now why does the appellate court keep denying him any type of justice? When you can clearly see that there were many issues presented that is appealable under penal code 1237. There are 6 issues presented for appellate review. # 1. jury panel should be quashed for racial under representation; #2. Appellant was denied his constitutional right of former jeopardy; #3. The jurors affidavits acquitted appellant of first degree murder; #4. The case must be reversed for jury misconduct; #5. Informant testimony should have been excluded on due process and 352 grounds; and #6. The case must be reversed for hitch error. This case is what you call a victimized case and it's wrong and something needs to be done. the fresno county district attorney Lisa Smittencamp sent randolph jr. a apposing letter on his appeal for clemency because of his past prior convictions as a juvenile and early adult hood which happened 40 yrs ago. now he has no danger on his prison record been doing what he has to do to get by and your telling me that because of his past convictions you appose what about this first degree murder wrongful conviction that don't make you appose just his past crimes is why you deny him to parole. THEY HAVE NO EVIDENCE AT ALL and yet he still in there, Is down right evil just evil and everything done in the dark will come to the light, God got this all we need to do is get it heard so please keep sharing my petition to help bring my innocent step dad home please I need everyone support thanks for reading signing and sharing may god bless and fine you all favour.
