Since I posted the petition, I have been receiving comments that I don't know what I'm talking about, and "racehorses are treated better..." than what?? I say, read this article and then re-evaluate your position. Racehorses are turned into drug addicts and literally "raced to the grave". That amounts to cruel and inhumane treatment, in my opinion. A clean stall and a bucket of hay doesn't make it OK. Regardless of what you think of PETA, this article contains indisputable facts.
