In order to transform California Animal Shelters into NO KILL, we must have a mandatory spay and neuter law. This law needs funds to support low income pet owners. 

Without a mandatory spay and neuter law, NO KILL Animal Shelters could easily be overwhelmed and turned into hoarding situations .

Overcrowded Animal Shelters will produce unhealthy, not adoptable  pets.

Currently with all rescue efforts combined, 100,000 animals are still being euthanized every year in California .

Governor Newsom wants to support California NO KILL Animal Shelters. We must reduce the number of unwanted animals first with spay and neuter.
