On June 15, 2015 New York’s rent laws, which protect 2.5 million tenants, are set to expire.

At a time when ever-rising rents result in some of the highest costs of living in the country, and landlords and predatory investors threaten to displace whole communities, we must make sure that everyone knows that renewing and strengthening these laws are vital to our future.
