During these unprecedented times, our children have given up learning life lessons, social skills and leadership qualities with the loss of of the Spring 2020 High School Athletic seasons. Now we face the realization Governor Andy Beshear or his appointees may take away the Fall 2020 High School Athletic season. Sports are a part of life that saves the lives of children and give them opportunities they may not have otherwise. Sports provides lifelong friends, mentors, father figures, mother figures and a safe place for kids to be kids. Child abuse reports are said to be down 46%.
