In the meantime, please keep circulating our petition, as the Governor will be a key player in budget negotiations over the next few months.  And be on the lookout for an expansion of our campaign to the New York State Legislature. We plan to follow up on our letters to some three dozen key state legislators and leaders of both houses and parties, urging them to send the Governor a veto-proof enhanced MOE bill during the first 100 days of the session should he not incorporate its provisions into his Executive Budget.
