In other news, we have submitted a Monuments Protection Ordinance to the City of Fort Worth and have been assured that Councilman Brian Byrd will be giving it his consideration and that it will also be submitted to the Cultural and Historical Landmarks Commission. Stay tuned!

In the interest of gaining bi-partisan support, our veterans Monuments Protection Act has also been independently submitted to Democratic Senator Beverly Powell and to Republican Representative Craig Goldman. Senator Powell's office has responded favorably but Craig Goldman remains silent.
