This is what we are up against--the relentless onslaught of cultural and historic cleansing!

The Monuments Protection Law of the State of Alabama has just come under assault by a Jefferson County judge deeming it unconstitutional and a violation of free speech. It appears headed to the court of appeals, possibly even to the Supreme Court!

Again, in a bizarre but typical move in the cultural cleansing war, Judge Michael Graffeo, was reported to have immediately retired his judgeship following the issuance of his controversial order. Was he attempting to avoid accountability for impeding a binding and valid state law?

We have reviewed the Court Order (Document 86) and guess who shows up on the document? A very familiar name. None other than the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) with its deep pockets of foreign and domestic cash now deployed to overturn state monument protection laws! Stay tuned.
