We need to let Governor Abbott know that tattoo artists, piercers and others in our industry are equally or even more so qualified to satisfy any and all requirements of the social distancing order. 

Our shops are disinfected with hospital grade products after every single client, gloves are changed more than frequently while attending to clients, masks can be worn at all times. Only a client and artist will be allowed at a station and stations are more than 6 feet apart and most are in separate rooms of the shop. 

By not allowing us to get back to work, you are increasing the likelihood of many shops closing for good. The ban on tattoos in shops following the rules only increases the amount of tattoos being done in less than sanitary environments by less than qualified artists.
