Child Protection in the US, UK, Australia, NZ and other democratic countries are taking children from families with little to no evidence, without just cause and without due process.

Some of the Unacceptable Practices that are occurring:

• "uplifting" of indigenous children
• Crystal Ball Abuse (future risk of harm without any evidence of abuse)
• Fabricated and exaggerated evidence
• Medical Kidnapping
• Intimidation, bullying and bribing of lawyers
• Evidence not being allowed in courts that contradicts the "hearsay" evidence of Child Protection
• NGO's and other professionals are often bullied into supporting Child Protection
• Inequality of power - often the vulnerable are targeted such as immigrants, the poor, the disabled, the uneducated
• Diagnosis by Suggestion: Parties are often given coffee table evaluation labels such as "Borderline Personality Disorder" without any proper diagnostic procedure taking place. The label is then held up in court as a diagnosis 
• Contact Punishment: Parent's are often denied access to their children if they attempt to speak out
• Unethical interrogation techniques: Parent's are often lied to or made promises in exchange for signing away their rights
• Parent's often undergo severe psychological bullying
• Worker Immunity allows workers to commit criminal behaviour such as perjury, bullying, conflicts of interest etc without fear of accountability
• Orchestrated criminal charges against families

We want transparency!

The media and the families are silenced from talking about the unacceptable practices that are occurring. Often families have hard evidence such as recordings of what has occurred. This evidence is not allowed in court and is not investigated. This must stop!

Changes we are calling for

• Press allowed to report on all child protection issues as long as child names are redacted
• All phone calls and meetings recorded. Families given right to record all phone calls and meetings and able to use in court as defence
• Less trigger happy child removals and less traumatic methods used
• NO MORE uplifts of indigenous people
• Make the whole family the client and place priority on helping the family rather than child removal
• No worker immunity - if workers breach policies or procedures either maliciously or in negligence then they open themselves up to civil action and/or loss of employment
• Family placement mandatory unless substantiated risks and reasons for no family placement transparent
• Court proceedings open to press and other significant parties. All names much be redacted
• Hearsay in Court Proceedings given same weight as criminal proceedings
• Crystal Ball disallowed except in extreme circumstances
• Investigations made public.

We strongly believe that if transparency is allowed then the problems in Child Protection will be solved.
