Youthocracy is defined as government of the people, by the youth and for the people in 2013 by Tunde Eso in his book titled Vision for Africa to ensure leadership shift in Africa especially because the youth over time have been sidelined and that resulted to gross marginalisation in our continent cum economy doldrums. So, their is need for quick adoption of this new system of government called youthocracy to allow the young brains to assume leadership mantle in Africa to inject new ideologies that will elicits industrial revolution, political stability and economic development cum educational advancement to ensure pragmatic growth.

Government need to adopt youthocracy as a youthful system of government thereby allow full participation of young once in policy making.

Personal story
Tunde Eso was 2018 Osun State Governorship aspirant, hails from Ilesa West in Osun State, Nigeria. He read Accountancy for his National Diploma Certificate at Osun State College of Technology, Esa-Oke, in 2005, obtained his first degree in Political Science at University of Education, Winneba, Ghana.
Tunde Eso is a prolific writer who has carved a niche for himself in journalism and with more than 10 years’ experience in public relations, public management, and media consulting; a youth leader and mobiliser. He is also an administrator and entrepreneur who has to his credit more than 60 published articles in both local and national dailies. He is versatile on both national and international issues. He was for six years advertorial executive, news and features reporter of The Guardian Newspaper Limited Nigeria, from where he moved in 2014 to News of the World Newspapers as a correspondent and in less than two months was made Managing Editor and later General Manager. He joined Newswatch Times as Society Editor and resigned a year later to continue with his business in March 2016.
He has edited a number of magazines, books and newspapers. He is one with immense passion for human development and nation building. He also organizes free seminars to inspire the young ones in schools for nation-building, vision discovery and career development with free distribution of the Nigerian flag, with the tag name, School-to-School career talk, across Nigeria.
Tunde Eso, because of his passion for growth in Africa, has given academic and vocational training scholarships to a number of less-privileged people. And due to his relentless corporate social responsibility activities and intellectual acumen displayed in the society he has received many awards which includes Corporate Social Responsibility, Award of excellence for outstanding contribution to the society by AS+A communications in November 26th, 2010 along with former Minister of Information, Prof. Dora Akunyili ‘Icon of Intellectual Capacity in Nigeria’ by National Association of Polytechnics (NAPS), Nigeria in April, 2016, Outstanding Leadership Award by National Association of Polytechnic Students, Nigeria in November 17th, 2016, Leadership Award by National Association of Osun State Students OAU chapter on 25th of February 2017, Excellent Award by National Association of Osun State Students, National H/Q (Osun East on 25th of March, 2017, Outstanding Youth of the Year Award of Indigenous Governance and Entertainment Award (IGEA) by AMEBO9JA on 27th of February, 2017 and Leadership Personality of the year by PALEC Prestige Anchor Leadership, Empowerment and Capacity Awards on 13th July, 2017 at Abuja.
He is highly sought by Television and Radio stations and have been featured in an interview on BBC, what with his strong passion to see undergraduates, graduates and people of his continent come up with ideas that will cause business revolution and political decorum in Nigeria and Africa.
Tunde Eso has led in several capacities and belongs to some professional bodies in Nigeria, was Youth Leader, Nigerian Youth Forum between 2000 and 2006, was National Secretary of Nigerian Sovereign Youths Congress between 2005 and 2012 and became the South-West Youth Leader of Coalition for Democratic Nigeria in 2015, Deputy Chairman, Chartered Institute of Public Management, Lagos Chapter. He is a graduate Member, Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, graduate member, Chartered Institute of Public Management and senior member Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management.

Tunde Eso also authored Vision for Africa in 2013, where he coined a new system of government called YOUTHOCRACY which is defined as the government of the people, by the youth, and for the people. Youthocracy advocates leadership shift.
