the aim of this petition is to hold train operating companies like Greater Anglia, South Western railway, Etc to account for the constantly poor services we as customers have been receiving 

also to bring this to the attention of the Government that this kind of conduct from the companies should not be allowed to continue, they seem to be making profits and paying out huge amounts to shareholders as detailed below:

while the customer suffers continual fare hikes and have a lot of difficult claiming refunds, also a lot of the time refunds are refused unless they are over 15 minutes, which should also change

basically the ultimate aim is to achieve a decent service across the national rail network for a fair price
