Ban the sale and use of noisy fireworks, it’s not simply enough to ask for organised displays only as there are millions of animals terrified out of their minds and not just once a year,  Animals are subjected to fear all year round, for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, New year etc.

Every year for at least a week before and a week after the 5th of November everyone who has a pet will understand the pain and misery that I speak of. 
Thunder jackets, socks around ears, herbal and prescription sedatives, dens, under the bed, in wardrobes, anywhere to hide and still terrified! Complete and utter exhaustion in the following days because so much energy has been used being scared! 

Whilst we have all enjoyed these celebrations do we think about the impact that they are having? Silent fireworks are available to purchase and surely have less of a terrifying effect on the animals that we all adore.
