There is clear scarcity of resources in clinical trials. Inhumanly using innocent animals for these clinical trials.

Scientifically there is huge difference between humans & animals. For each and every clinical trials, it is mandated in most of the countries to make first experiments on these innocent animals, inspite of huge opposition from various organisations(PETA). I agree that we may have to use animals for few experiements if we don't have alternatives.

But my petition is that there are criminals who are worse than animals. These criminals (who are sentenced to death) can be used for Clinical Trials by ensuring their genomes will not be carryforwarded to the future generation. As we don't have right to kill someone & it is not fair to keep them happy for their merciless mistakes also.

It is better to use these criminals for clinical trials, this would help in advancement of Medical and also same time it would reduce waiting period for the result as we directly do the experiment on these criminals.

This is an opporutnity to the criminals as well to serve the civilized society by taking this good punishment (Karma).

Respective judicial body & Medical advisors can decide on what kind of clinical trails can be done.
