With the recent arrest of Ghislaine Maxwell in regards to the Jeffery Epstein case, and Prince Andrew's friendship and involvement with both, I believe it should not be allowed for the Queen, Andrew's Mother, should be able to give a royal pardon to Andrew who has been reported as having been the Queen's favourite son

I believe as the sovereign is the Head of the criminal and justice system and can give the royal pardon it is unfair and unjust she is able to for a member of her family in particular her son.
