I had a call from someone from Victoria Atkins office regarding reopening the East Lincolnshire Railway. It has been confirmed that the bid has been submitted to the Restoring Your Railway Fund by Cllr Thomas Ashton of ELDC, and it is also supported/sponsored by Victoria Atkins herself. This is great news!!
