Government officials have now made this into an ordeal of trying to get Mr. Kaufmann fired! We will not stand for this!

Lucas Kaufmann, a teacher at Winterset Junior High School, was put on administrative leave after having a picture of a pride flag in a section of his power point presentation about pictures that describe him!!  He admitted to his students after being asked, that he was bisexual.  He wanted to make sure that the LGBTQ+ students at the school know that he was a safe person to talk to and an ally for them. It is absolutely unjust and downright disgusting that government officials have now made this whole situation political. Government officials have been trying to use this to benefit their agenda and campaigns! They also falsely accuse him of talking about his sex life in school, which is not what he did.  The only thing he is guilty of is trying to show his students they could have a safe person to talk to about themselves and their sexual orientation, without any form of judgment. 

He has since been but on administrative leave, it is unknown weather this situation led to this, but one could reasonably assume it had something to do with it.
