This petition is calling to make a new law. A new law involving the Amazon RainForest and its wildfires. Wildfires are being lit on purpose to make space for agriculture and industry. When that happens the fires sometimes get out of control and become wildfires, therefor it becomes difficult to put out. Which then releases to much CO2. With all the CO2, animals, plants and people are dying. So we are here to explain the new law. The new law will be needing a permit when burning down land. With that permit there would be firefighters on site or on call for controlled burns. In addition to that the permits would be difficult to obtain and will require a clear explanation on why you want to burn down some land. In addition there would also be limited permits handed out. When you sign this petition, you will create awareness around the problem and shine a light on our law. A contribution of any amount can help fund firefighters. Burning one of our most precious rain forests can lead to global warming not just in brazil but where you live.
