Proposal for the dog amendment to stop puppy farming bill 2020 includes mandatory sterilisation to all dogs that are not involved in legal breeding or the racing industry 

this means the government will have the power to enter your home, seize and detain your dog if you choose to go against them and leave you dog intact  

I believe dog owners should have the right to choose whether their dog is sterilised or not.
