There are horrific accounts of Iranian border guards torturing and throwing Afghan migrants into the border river Haridud, to prevent them from entering the country. Horrified and traumatized survivers are letting the world know. Dozens of people have drowned and numerous are missing. Iran has dismissed all the allegations and the border guards deny their involvement.
