Bhim Bahadur Budha, the one of five absconding on the Rukum Soti incident has been arrested and the district court has sentenced him on trial. He was arrested from the village itself . His arrest is raising questions against the police authorities as it shows the police authorities is not handling the case properly. If the concerned authorities works seriously, the other four absconding could be easily caught from the village itself.
