Albino Juvenile Elephants are chained up as exhibits for tourists and locals due to their celebrated history in Myanmar at major temples. They double as tourist attractions but are kept in tiny enclosures and are usually secured with ankle chains. This is cruel and against the precepts of Buddha as well as basic human decency. Please let the Government of Myanmar know that this is a cruel practice and will not generate tourism of good will for the Myanmar people.
