Recently a male raped a dog named Greidas which he took out of the shelter in Lithuania , Ukmerge, and he is still free after a week.
Honestly , when something like it happens many people are affected by it but always nothing is done. It seems like government doesn’t care to do something about this and it’s unfortunate and sad. We should have a change on animals rights and make it more strict to minimise the cruelty to animals in our country . The people can make the change by signing this petition and those who have higher positions in government might see it and help us. We really care because we love animals and no one deserves to be treated like this. People who do cruelty to their animals deserve to be put to jail. Especially, when our world is already troubled. I believe that there’s still good people around here and anyone can make a change . Thank you for ur attention.
