The recent Abuse of a Dog which was thrown off of a Building by two guys were extremely shocking and disturbing. The most disturbing part was that these two guys were "Final Year MBBS Students". I personally believe that these two are not fit even to call them Humans let alone 'Doctors'. Think about What would happen if people like these were to become professional doctors. As of Now, these two have not yet faced Justice and probably never will face Justice. Till now there are not much strong and swift laws for Animal Abuse, which makes it easier for people like these two guys and many more like them out there.

What is more shocking is, I talked about this incident with few of my friends and colleagues and I was a bit confused after talking to them. I started to feel that the animals are not safe at all and there are more people like these two guys. Sad thing is, some of them really don't realize the seriousness of this incident and some think that the two guys did it for fun and it does not need any strict action. But the truth is, this will not end here. This kind of action is a warning for what is yet to come from them. This is a symptom of mental illness and people like these two guys could soon become a serious threat to other animals and Humans around them.

There are many troubled people like these two guys in this Country of ours and there are so many animals that are being abused everyday. Just because they are not filmed and publish doesn't mean that all the animals are safe and secure. Innocent lives are being abused and even killed in the act. The people involved in these acts do this for Fun. If someone thinks that hurting someone is Fun, then these people are really sick and needs to be mentally treated. All lives, Human and Animals have their role and they too have got a life. May be we are powerful than them, but that does not give us any right to take advantage over them. We must protect them and stand for them and help them when they are in trouble. There are many people like me and you who are kind to animals, but there are also people who like to abuse these animals.

As individuals, we cannot stop these crimes against animals. That is the reason I am writing this petition urging You and many more like yourself to Join me and ask the Government to Introduce Very Strong and Swift Laws which can prevent abuse of animals in future. Even if people like us are actively engaged in helping animals, we cannot ensure proper treatment of every animal unless there are strict laws involved. How we treat animals have a major part in the Growth of a Country. I want to live in a Country that understands all lives in it including Animals and promise a safe life for them. Lets join together and share this Petition till it reaches the concerned person who can make this happen.
