  1. Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Govt. of India has issued Direct Selling Guidelines, 2016 complying which, a direct selling company and its direct sellers shall conduct business in the country.
2. Various State Governments have issued Direct Selling guidelines, including State of Telangana, complying which a direct selling company and its direct sellers can operate their business in the respective states.  
3. There are several videos about the scope & legitimacy of Direct Selling Industry by Former minister of consumer affairs (Govt. of India) Late. Shri Ram Vilas Paswan, Minister of state for Finance & Corporate Affairs (Govt. of India) Shri Anurag Thakur, Chief Executive Officer of NITI Ayog Shri Amitabh Kant (IAS) and various political leaders & office bearers.
4. Govt. of India made Direct Selling Industry as a legal economic activity by incorporating the same in ‘Consumer Protection Act, 2019’.  This is the only source of income and these facts helped me to remain in this industry and build my career. The recent allegation by Telangana police has deteriorated the industry’s image in front of my family and the general public. They are accusing that our company is conducting a money chain business & cheated 10 lakh people. Not only was the top management and some of the senior leaders were detained but also the bank accounts were frozen. 

I, on behalf of all direct sellers, request you to kindly forward this message to all your known so that Government of India is compelled to intervene and recommend the police not to take discriminative and disproportionate action against the company. Also, kindly help us in de-freezing the bank accounts from which hard earned commission payments are received. Your co-operation will put an end to this claim and many innocent lives, engaged in direct selling industry who comply to the central & state guidelines, will be saved.
