Four days back 10 months old baby girl was raped by 15 yrs old neighbour in Rajasthan. Till when are this going to happen. When will strit steps be taken. Now situation is like in India be it 30 yrs old woman or 3 yrs old small girl child, even animals who can't even speak are victims of rape. This will only stop when strict action and severe punishment will be given to rapists
