India should also have compulsory voting like Australia and a fine of Rs 3,500 (AUD$70) should be imposed on those who do not vote unless they are out of town or are bedridden at home or in hospital. It will help make a big difference. Compulsory voting is one of the best features of a vibrant and stable Democracy.
Plus the fine amount collected can be used for building our Nation - India stronger.
