There has been a great impact of corruption in India. This issue of corruption had augmented during the tenure of THE INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS. It was during their tenure that due to the inability and inefficiency in the media corruption would happen and would be suppressed through political affiliations and motivations. There is one such big case of BOFORS SCAM. I know people who would read this petition would come out by saying that this petition is useless as it is of no use and highlights a finished and outdated case. But friends, I believe that this case had been suppressed by the congress. The case had been going on and a charge sheet had been filed against RAJIV GANDHI, but due to the incumbency of the Vajpayee administration and the arrival of the UPA government this case was suppressed and the investigations going on in this case was indirectly declared null and void. Ottavio Quattrocchi at the starts was declared an absconder and a red notice was notified by the INTERPOL in him. But due to the arrival of the congress administration this was withdrawn and all the frozen bank account of his were unfrozen by the CBI. In a diary found out during the investigations of the augustawestland scam, it was written in a abbreviated language that a 'Q' has to be protected indicating Ottavio Quattrocchi. When the BJP was in power, a charge sheet was filed against RAJIV GANDHI and other accused. But as soon as the congress came to power all the proceedings against him were stopped and subsequently Quattrocchi dies. But we can declare them as corrupts even posthumously. So therefore, pls sign this petition to encourage the government to make an unbiased reinvestigations into this matter to prove that no matter you were the ruling party at that time, no matter this case is old and many of the accused have dies but still you will be punished under the law (prevention of corruption act, 1988) and a famous saying that "KANNON KE HAAT LAMBE HOTE HAIN"
