The right to adequate food is realized when every man, woman and child, alone or in community with others, has the physical and economic access at all times to adequate food or means for its procurement.Ghana have an explicit recognition of the right to adequate food in our national constitution however it's implementation is nothing to write home about.

According to UNICEF Ghana estimates in 2015,1 out of 4 children in parts of Ghana goes to bed hungry. There are over 5million Ghanaians who can't afford a plate of food in a day yet over 30% of food goes waste along our food supply chain.Inefficiencies within our food supply chain has given rise to tonnes of food going waste. Government and private stakeholders must support food recovery in Ghana

Recovering half of the food wasted along our food supply chain is enough to feed the vulnerable in Ghana.Food for all Ghana program seeks to build community food banks in Ghana to feed the vulnerable.Let's support to create sustainable means of nutrition for All.

We all have a responsibility to ensure that the vulnerable in Ghana have a right to food.Businesses must work to ensure that they donate their surplus to feed the vulnerable in society.Let's Love Food and Hate Waste.
