We - Knowledge, Education and Training, Canada (KEATCA) believe that education is a fundamental human right.

We advocate for policies that counter poverty and remove barriers to human development through accessible and affordable education. This is a petition for free public post-secondary education and training in Canada to match countries like Sweden, Norway and Germany, among others.

KEATCA supports individuals facing financial barriers in accessing education and training at post-secondary level. It provides grants to individuals annually as well as grants through partner organizations such as The Bright Beginnings Foundation, BC; The McGill Institute of Air and Space Law, Quebec; Aunt Leah’s Place, BC and The Mosaic, BC.

We ask you to join this initiative and petition the Federal, Provincial and Territorial governments in Canada to make public post-secondary education and training affordable for all to break the cycle of generational poverty.
