Hundreds of thousands of horses are being sent to slaughter houses to be killed and consumed by humans, other animals or put into products that us humans use everyday. With the thousands of horses sent there, over 50% of them are in perfect health but sent there because they are unwanted. Because someone has overbred and doesn't have time for these horses or because they ran out of money and feed or just gave up on them, they are traumatically and tragically slaughtered in the most disgusting and inhumane ways and it's not fair, it isn't fair that they die that way. It is cruel and I believe it should be illegal.
