Dog breeding is out of control in the England. 
everyone you know will have breed a dog at some point, while it is only a requirement to have a licence to breed dogs if you are having over 3 litters a year, so many back street breeders are getting away with many more and not holding a licence, not having the correct health checks and just selling to anyone. 

we are so over populated, rescues are bursting at seems and people are still breeding their pets to make some fast cash. 
no thought to where these dogs end up later in life, no offer to take them back. 
disformitys being born, dogs being breed that really shouldn’t be having puppies due to health problems, behavioural problems and many more.

I am desperate to make it law that you can only breed your healthily, health tested dog, hold a licence, have regular visits from the council, a maximum of two litters per dogs. Close down online sites that will advertise any puppy that isn’t licences.

i would love it to be law to be licences to even own a dog but that won’t happen but if we can help the ones that are over breed and change the way breeders and “pet” owners can breed, rescues wouldn’t be in such a mess, less dogs will be used for farming as at the moment it’s too easy to breed dogs.
