More and more equines are being dumped and neglected due to over breeding . It needs to stop! It is costing millions of pounds to help these poor animals . Quite often the authorities dont find them in time and have to dispose of their emaciated bodies. Our passport and chip system has never been policed correctly , so I put forward a breeding licence to support the importance of the chip and passport. Give our animal welfare the tools and rights they need to make prosecutions when necessary, and to police this law by random checks enforcing paperwork to be produced to match the particular animals in question. make it law to have a breeding licence and a hefty fine or jail if you dont !
