My name is Chantal and you have heard from me before about the ongoing fight to end dog chaining in Ontario, Canada. Some minor legislative improvements have been made thanks to the resilient animal lovers who kept going, like dogs needing to come off the chain for an hour per day. But the fight needs to continue!!!!

NOW I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE YOU AWARE OF THE SUFFERING OF DOGS IN WAR TORN UKRAINE ��.

I have been supporting various animal rescues across different countries. Already for six years in Ukraine, in support of Lionel De Lange from Warriors of Wildlife (WOW). Lionel, who used to live in Kherson Ukraine, has gone back to this dangerous area to rescue animals, who are also tragic victims of war. The need is enormous, as dogs are abandoned on chains, or homeless on the street, not able to defend themselves against the war. Lionel is there to help, but needs to buy another used vehicle for the rescues! The current vehicle is in repair, and without vehicles it is impossible to go out and help animals in need!
